리플 이용자(크리에이터)
- 인스타그램 연결 정보는 리플 관리 화면의 "인스타 연결 → 연결 끊기"로 바로 지울 수 있습니다.
- 계정과 모든 데이터(상품, 이미지, 발송 기록, 통계, 문의)를 지우려면 가입한 구글·카카오 계정의 이메일로 privacy@myripl.com에 "리플 탈퇴 요청"을 보내 주세요. 30일 안에 삭제하고 결과를 알려 드립니다.
릴스에 댓글을 달고 DM을 받은 분
리플이 보관하는 정보는 인스타그램 사용자 ID·사용자 이름과 DM 발송 기록입니다. 삭제를 원하시면 privacy@myripl.com에 인스타그램 사용자 이름과 함께 요청해 주세요. 30일 안에 삭제합니다.
인스타그램에서 직접 해제하기
인스타그램 앱 → 설정 → 앱 및 웹사이트에서 리플의 접근 권한을 해제할 수 있습니다. 해제하면 Meta가 리플에 알려 주고, 리플은 그 계정의 연결 정보(접근 토큰)와 보내기 전인 DM을 바로 지웁니다. 이때 데이터 삭제를 요청하면 확인 코드를 드리며, 그 코드로 privacy@myripl.com에 처리 결과를 물어보실 수 있습니다.
Data deletion (English)
Ripl (myripl.com) stores, for a connected Instagram professional account, its Instagram user ID, username and an encrypted access token, plus the products, images, DM delivery logs and statistics the creator adds. For people who commented on a creator's post and received a DM, Ripl stores only their Instagram user ID, username and the delivery log.
- Creators can remove the Instagram connection at any time in the Ripl dashboard ("Instagram connection → Disconnect").
- Removing Ripl in Instagram (Settings → Apps and websites) notifies Ripl through Meta's deauthorization callback, and Ripl immediately deletes that account's access token and pending DMs. A data deletion request from Instagram returns a confirmation code you can quote when contacting us.
- To delete an account and all data, or the data kept about you as a commenter, email privacy@myripl.com with your Instagram username. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
